Hazardous waste pollution control responsibility system

1. General Rules

In order to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste and other relevant laws and regulations, and protect the environment, the Responsibility System for the Prevention and Control of Hazardous Waste Pollution has been formulated. Follow the work policy of "prevention first and combination of prevention and metallurgy" and the provisions of "three simultaneous" of environmental protection, achieve synchronous planning, implementation and development of production construction and environmental protection, and realize the organic unity of economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits.

2. Scope of application

2.1 This system is applicable to the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution in Yantai Chichu New Material Co., LTD.

2.2 The person in charge of the company shall be the first person in charge of the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution, and shall take overall leadership responsibility for the environmental protection work of the company and guide its steady development.

3. Responsibilities

A leading group of hazardous waste pollution prevention and control headed by the general manager and heads of all departments shall be established to make decisions, supervise and coordinate various environmental protection works of the company.

4. Management requirements

4.1 The Department of Safety and Environmental Protection is the centralized management department of hazardous waste pollution prevention and control, responsible for the daily management of the company, and the implementation of objectives and tasks to the relevant responsible workshop departments.

4.2 In accordance with the principle of "environmental protection must be taken care of in production management", each production workshop shall assume the overall leading responsibility for the prevention and control of hazardous waste pollution of the department.

4.3 Employees of the Company shall consciously abide by the factory regulations and environmental protection regulations of environmental management, and reduce the amount of hazardous waste produced in the production process.

4.4 The collection, storage and transfer of hazardous waste must comply with the relevant regulations of the state and the company.

4.4.1 It is prohibited to dump or stockpile hazardous wastes into the environment.

4.4.2 It is prohibited to mix hazardous waste into non-hazardous waste for collection, storage and transfer.

4.4.3 The collection, storage and transfer of hazardous waste shall use containers and packages that meet the standards.

4.4.4 The containers and packages of hazardous waste and the places where hazardous waste is collected, stored and transferred must be set up with hazardous waste identification marks.

4.4.5 The Company shall formulate preventive measures and emergency plans for hazardous waste pollution accidents, and conduct accident drills regularly. In case of hazardous waste pollution accident or other unexpected events, the Company shall eliminate or reduce the environmental pollution hazard according to the emergency plan, timely notify the workshop departments and individuals that may be harmed, and timely report to the competent administrative department of environmental protection in the place where the accident occurs, and accept the investigation and treatment.

4.4.6 Establish and improve hazardous waste archives of the company, and the Safety and Environment Department shall be responsible for archiving relevant materials of hazardous waste.

4.4.7 Workshop departments and individuals who violate regulations and cause environmental pollution accidents will be investigated for relevant responsibilities according to the seriousness of the circumstances.
