ZC-5 belongs to α-crystalline polyene nucleating agent of aryl carboxylate. The α-crystalline modification can improve the impact resistance, rigidity and surface gloss of products, and shorten the forming cycle of products. It is especially suitable for toughening, improving finish and anti-impact modification of polypropylene products. Due to the special refining technology, it has fine particle size, white color, good dispersion and no odor.

ZC-5 is an economical and efficient aryl carboxylate α-crystalline polyene nucleating agent, which has the advantages of moderate crystallization rate, anti-impact modification, toughening modification and improved finish. The product has fine particle size, white color, good dispersion, odorless, widely used in PP rice cooker, vacuum cleaner, water heater and other small household appliance shell injection parts and washing machine bucket special materials, battery partition and other PP products processing. The recommended dosage range is 0.2 -- 0.5%. In order to further improve the dispersion effect, polyethylene wax, oxidized polyethylene wax, paraffin oil and other dispersants can be properly combined

Packing and storage precautions:

The cartons are lined with plastic film bags, each bag weighing 10kg net. Store in ventilated and dry place, avoid mixing with acids and alkalis.
